As a former engineer and elite athlete, I learned the value of discipline, commitment, and perseverance. Applying these principles to my daily life and yoga practice, helped heal not only my back but also my spirit.
At Dhyana, we aim to share the knowledge of the benefits of Yoga and Ayurveda to those seeking optimal health. This means a harmonious balance and integration within the body, mind, and spirit.
Our teachings in Yoga are supported by the sister science of Ayurveda or Life Knowledge, known as the healing science of Yoga. Understanding Ayurveda is essential to the appropriate application of Yoga.
Our practices aim to teach lessons you can take off the mat and into your life.
