Yoga is a path to health, harmony, and freedom. Yoga and Ayurveda form a complete and integrated approach to attain optimum health, vitality, longevity, mental peace and spiritual awakening. 

 

Sadhana is practice, and we present Dhyana (meditation), Yoga and Ayurveda as a personal practice. It requires discipline and the willingness to change and grow. A disciplined student will put effort, determination, love, and kindness into a well-being and personal transformation. 

Dhyana Yoga and Ayurveda teachings are more than a mere pose or asana isolated from their original spiritual science. Diana incorporates in her teachings the integration of the Vedic tradition to awake the being into the harmonious relationship with Nature rhythms that is sustaining, nourishing and creative. 

 

This helps us to live in balance and compassion with Nature, our surroundings and within body, mind, and spirit, opening then the possibility of attaining freedom (Moksha), the goal of Yoga.
