In this practical, simple yet efficient course, you will learn to apply Ayurveda’s insights to your life. Once you understand your own constitution or Dosha, you would get to experience step by step how to start harmonizing and brining balance to your body using Nature’s medicine, learning to cook and eat based on Ayurvedic science.
