I will share with you the fundamentals of Ayurveda towards wellness and balance, as well as different tools and tips that you can easily start implementing in your daily life to improve immunity and wellbeing.
You will learn the basics of Ayurvedic cooking and how its principles and philosophy supports immunity.
Around the kitchen, preparing our lunch will be a great opportunity for you to experience the science of Ayurvedic cooking.
