Come and enjoy a walk at Diana's garden to identify various common plants and learn about their medicinal properties, wildlife value, culinary uses and interesting folklore. This will be followed by tea, appetizers and a short yoga session.

Brenda has been curious about nature from a very young age. She was fortunate to have Grandparents and parents that introduced her to the wonders of our natural world and the enjoyment of gardening. Since then, Brenda has developed a passion, and a deep respect for nature.
She has been studying medicinal plants for over 30 years, is an organic vegetable and herb gardener, as well as a nature photographer.
Diana From an Ayurvedic perspective and with the passion, respect and love that Diana has for nature, she will share some of the qualities and benefits of common wild plants. She will guide you into a lovely and gentle yoga flow followed by the preparation of tea and appetizers using some wild herbs that we will explore.
