In this workshop, we'll explore Ayurveda's general recommendations for winter. Starting with the best foods to eat this season, yoga practice, pranayama, meditation, and the Ayurveda fundamentals that support harmony during this season.
This guide is intended as a starting place where you can learn Ayurveda's core concepts about winter before adapting these tips to better support your specific body type.
